development, I am committed to fostering
collaborative, fair, and inspiring
experiences for young actors and
technicians.
My passion lies in creating environments
where trust, community, and creativity
thrive, allowing youth to develop their skills
and confidence on and off the stage.
Through thoughtful mentorship and
innovative programming, I strive to ignite a
lifelong love for the arts in every young
performer.

With over 20 years of experience in theatre arts
education, I am dedicated to inspiring students
and celebrating their transformative "lightbulb

I believe that every student has a unique role to
play in the theatre, fostering a sense of
belonging and creativity that enriches both their
lives and the broader artistic community.
My passion lies in guiding each individual to
discover their potential and embrace their
unique voice -- on or off the stage.
In my approach to teaching theatre arts, I
prioritize building trust and creating safe spaces
where everyone involved feels empowered to
explore and express themselves without fear or
judgment.
My working environment embodies teamwork,
encouraging us to collaborate and support each
other as we push creative boundaries together.
